Last week, I found a bottle cap sporting the Grolsch beer logo in Butternut’s coat pocket.
This weekend, I found a dollar bill in his pants pocket.
Is it the change? I wonder.
Wrong Demographic
I just got a mailing from the Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, VA, inviting me to apply. “If the study of law from the perspective of the Christian intellectual tradition resonates with you, we welcome you to join us at Liberty,” the brochure says.
Diaper Gnomes Cleared in Caper
Butternut awoke without a diaper this morning, a highly unusual circumstance that Mama did not detect until he pointed out to her that he was peeing onto the floor through his pajamas.
Further investigation into the rare phenomenon reveals no stray used diaper and a very large wet spot in the futon (eeewwww!).� Investigators suspect parental exhaustion during a 4:15 a.m. diaper change� or diaper gnomes may be responsible.�
So far, a complete search of the under-pillow area has uncovered no evidence of diaper gnomes.� Updates as new details arise.
Irrational Exuberance
I’ve just discovered that I can throw philosophers at people in Facebook. And, since I’m friends with the Johnnie Chair, I just three Heraclitus at the Johnnie Chair, making a big, bloody mess. (Bloody, I think, in the English sense.)
It makes me very, very happy.
